Cardi B has turned her music success into a serious real estate portfolio. The Grammy-winning rapper, known for hits like “Bodak Yellow,” now holds properties across the United States and the Caribbean. Her holdings include a family estate in Tenafly, New Jersey, a massive mansion in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, and a beachfront home in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic.

From New Jersey to the Caribbean

In 2021, Cardi B bought a 13,000-square-foot estate in Tenafly, New Jersey, to stay close to her home state of New York. The property has nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private movie theater, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. It serves as her main hub for family gatherings and entertaining guests.

Earlier, in 2019, she and Offset purchased a 22,000-square-foot mansion in Atlanta’s Buckhead area for nearly $6 million. The home features grand columns, large windows, an open-concept kitchen, and a wine cellar that holds 1,800 bottles. Despite its five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, Cardi B said in late 2024 she was ready to move on from the property.

Her most personal acquisition came in 2018, when she bought a three-story home for her mother. She documented the moment on social media, calling it a lifelong goal fulfilled. That same year, Offset surprised her with a beachfront estate in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, for her birthday. The $1.5 million property includes six bedrooms, a master suite with a private balcony, seven spa-inspired bathrooms, direct beach access, and two private pools.

Cardi B’s real estate moves reflect a calculated strategy to build long-term wealth. As her music career and brand partnerships generate global revenue, investing in high-end homes provides stability. Her portfolio also connects her to the Dominican Republic, where she has family roots, and to the Latino communities in New Jersey and Atlanta.
