After months of speculation, NBA sensation Cooper Flagg and Duke University women's basketball center Arianna Roberson have officially confirmed they are dating. The confirmation came through a TikTok video montage posted by Roberson, showing the couple enjoying a tropical getaway in Turks and Caicos, walking hand-in-hand and wearing coordinated outfits under the Caribbean sun.
Fans had already connected the dots when both athletes shared Instagram Stories from the same location—a floating bar called Noah's Ark in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Flagg posted a relaxed beach photo, while Roberson shared a nearly identical shot set to Jhené Aiko's Stay Ready. Hours later, Flagg sealed the deal with a mirror selfie of the two kissing, accompanied by two black heart emojis.
How They Met at Duke
The romance blossomed on the campus of Duke University, where both arrived in 2024 as top recruits. Flagg quickly became a star for the Blue Devils before being selected No. 1 overall in the NBA Draft by the Dallas Mavericks. Roberson, meanwhile, suffered a severe knee injury that forced her to redshirt her entire freshman season. Despite not sharing the court, their bond grew stronger off it.
One of the biggest hints of their relationship came in April, when Roberson attended Flagg's press conference after he was named NBA Rookie of the Year. She sat in the front row next to Flagg's parents, Kelly and Ralph, signaling her integration into his inner circle. Flagg's historic season included becoming the youngest player ever to score 50 points in an NBA game.
Who Is Arianna Roberson?
Arianna Roberson is far from a footnote in the sports world. The 20-year-old from San Antonio, Texas, is the younger sister of André Roberson, the former Oklahoma City Thunder guard known for his elite defense. Standing at 6-foot-4, Arianna plays center and starred at Clark High School, where she led her team to its first state championship in 2023 and earned McDonald's All-American honors.
After recovering from her knee injury, Roberson debuted in Duke's 2025-26 NCAA campaign, averaging 8.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game. She helped the Blue Devils reach the Elite Eight. On the international stage, she has already won two gold medals with Team USA at the FIBA U18 AmeriCup and the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup in Hungary.
With both athletes on the rise, this new power couple is set to capture attention both on and off the court. For more on their Caribbean trip, check out our earlier report on Cooper Flagg and Duke's Arianna Roberson Spotted Together in Turks and Caicos.
